Stud Oil is a well known dietary supplement for horses manufactured from corn oil. Corn oil is polyunsaturated oil and has an ideal balance of Omega 9, 6 & 3 essential fatty acids which are not able to be manufactured by the human or animal body and require dietary supplementation. Corn oil may aid speedier resolution of stomach ulcers by increasing local prostaglandin levels. This may increase local blood flow and facilitate healing.
